A primary school in Estonia has recently opened its doors for only one student. With a cost of 21k euros cost of a student it is the most expensive primary school in the World. I am sorry for the poor kid. A school with more teachers than student(s) must be a sad place. T-Who did it? S-hmm. T-you again? s-[sigh] By the way with these birth rates i wonder what will remain of Europe in the 22nd century.
